Last walk-around shot of the descent
stage, from about the 11 o'clock position. Two of the solid rocket
motors that were to fire at lunar touchdown can be seen as a gray and white
cylinder with a rocket nozzle at left and left center, attached to the
landing legs. Also, the secondary and main struts of the legs are
clearly visible, as well as the foldable ladder to right of center bottom.
The 2 gray cylinders under and
to the right of the spacesuit figure were what would have been their equivalent
of the LM MESA. These contained the equipment the crewman would have
used once out on the surface. The foldable ladder is clearly visible
just to the right of center.
